Account creation, security & user responsibilities
When registering with 254, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information, using another person's identity, or creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
Account security responsibilities

- Allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Payment, Transaction & Account Policies
All financial transactions on 254 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through Bangladesh's approved mobile banking services.
Deposit policy
- Deposits must be made only from a payment channel registered in your own name.
- The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method used.
- Once your deposit is complete, any applicable bonus will be credited automatically.
Withdrawal policy
